Regionalised Integrated Utilities
Electrifiying a remote area with less than 1000 people or building hundreds of miles of lines to electrify a few clients in a new district are projects which can be delayed for many years because the investment is much more higher than its return. Volt in Motion constructs local power generation assets coupled to a local mini-grid which are operated under a concession agreement. The local integrated utility which is set inside the selected communities will bring electricity where the communities would have waited for decades, a proven solution to boost the local development.
Decicated Power Generation
The companies and institutions which operate in a context of hazardous and unreliable power supply are limited in their productivity. Volt in Motion builds dedicated power plants which enables these institutions to both reliably cover their energy needs and reduce dependcy from recurrent billings. An example is the ongoing solar electrification program of many hospitals in Guinea where the solution will enable the conservation of medicines and the care of the patients 24 hours a day. Such dedicated power plants enhance these institutions in many ways.
