• Utilities: We supply electricity through decentralized integrated utilities. We focus on areas with the highest needs and which may probably never have access to electricity, unless someone else, just like us, thinks that social benefits and people are first priority. One of the best illustration is our decentralised integrated utility in Balizia, Guinea, West Africa, serving power to 2000 people, 700 km from the capital Conakry. We work under concession agreements or LTSA and build inside each locality we serve, power generation and distribution assets. In 2012, our  running utilities portfolio covers rural areas of Cameroon and districts in Guinea and a pipe of utilities projects in progress.

• Independent Power Generation: Running a business in an area with unreliable power supply can be a challenge and a source of big losses if not well managed. Our Independant power generation division focus on supplying power plants which match the needs of the industrial or institutional client. One illustration is the solar plants to power hospitals Guinea. Each hospital being equiped with an independant power system to cover its electricity needs, from the project commissioning had no reccurrent fuel costs to carry. Another illustration is the powering of BTS Telecommunications with dedicated solar stations. This solution is proven to be a huge Opex saver, especially for those BTS in off-grid areas.

• Prepaid Meters: Volt in Motion is an STS member, manufacturer of highly reliable prepaid meters. In 2012, we reliease the VMP357 which is a keypad electricity prepaid meter with 8 levels of anti-tampering functionalities. The user can buy electricity with this meter using SMS or through the internet. It has an AMR integrated functionnality with two way communication between the meter and the service center, allowing the utility to remotely detect and monitor tampering conditions.

• Consulting: We share the knowledge. Feasibilities studies, project management, asset management, financial assessment, modeling, and construction of generation assets...we bring in many decades of expertise for maximum satisfaction of the end client.
